Registration: 1pm-6:30pm

Safety

  • Vehicles must meet all safety requirements. Tech will be done at registration.
  • Liability waiver must be signed.
  • Mandatory safety meeting at 7:45pm.

Judging

Show begins: 8pm

Judging will be based on overall performance such as amount of smoke, style and showmanship, crowd interaction and noise.

Moment of Noise

Before the competition begins, contestants are invited and encouraged to take part in our Moment of Noise. After our Show Hostess reads the names of members of the car community who have passed away, participants are asked to rev their engines, honk their horns, and make some noise as a tribute to their memory.

Kids Corner

Free for Kids 3pm-6pm

Build-A-Truck

Kids can build and decorate a wood truck. Supplies donated by Oregon Tool & Supply and Budget Lumber.

Hot Wheels Races

Includes free Hot Wheels car while supplies last.

Barrel Train Rides & Free Ice Cream

Ice cream donated by BJ's Ice Cream.

Rat Rod Round-Up Trade Career Scholarship Program

Visit the Rat Rod Round-Up booth to purchase merchandise (t-shirts, hats, cups, stickers, etc.), tickets for our event raffle, and our mini bike/RC car/tool set raffle. Proceeds from our event directly support the Rat Rod Round-Up Trade Career Scholarship Program.

Umpqua Woofstock

Umpqua Woofstock receives 50% of the spectator parking fees collected. These funds help support their discount vaccine clinic, which offers vital aid to family pets in our community. 

Glide Jr Cheer

Glide Jr Cheer will be selling bottled water to support their cheerleading program. Glide Jr. Cheer offers training and opportunities for young athletes to develop their skills.  

Glide High School Project Grad

Glide High School Project Graduation will be doing a 50/50 raffle to support Glide High School Seniors. Ticket sales 2pm-6pm, drawing between 6pm and 7pm.

Sutherlin Blackberry Festival

Sutherlin Blackberry Festival will be selling tickets for their 2026 raffle—the grand prize is a baby blue 1956 Ford F100 pickup. Funds raised help support their scholarship program.
